Our Services

Individual Therapy

Being human means we will experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress and other emotions. We also experience trauma, loss, and life changes. If those feelings and experiences seem to override your daily mood, relationships, and ability to function, our therapists will help you feel empowered, find hope and heal.

Couples Therapy

Marriage, couples and partners can experience trauma, betrayal, conflict, distress and loss. Sometimes couples need professional guidance to repair and heal their relationships after trauma or adversity.

Our therapists will give you tools to build stronger connection, communication, and understanding to heal your relationship.

Family Therapy

Family conflict, family loss,  difficult family dynamics or blended family issues, and trauma all affect a family’s ability to feel belonging, connection, and peace at home.

We provide practical tools to help your family work together, improve communication and overcome challenges together.

Our Therapeutic Approach

Humanistic

Humanistic therapy is a client-centered approach that focuses on self-growth, personal strengths, and living a more authentic life. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we help individuals better understand themselves, their emotions, and their values in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Through empathy, acceptance, and open dialogue, humanistic therapy empowers clients to build self-confidence, improve relationships, and make meaningful choices aligned with who they truly are.

Trauma-Informed Care

Our work is also grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. Therapy moves at your pace and is guided by your goals, recognizing that healing is not linear. While providing a nurturing space for you to heal, we integrate neuroscience-based concepts, including Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness practices, and other supports to work with triggers and emotional regulation.

Relational Focused Therapy

Relational therapy focuses on healing through safe, meaningful connection. The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a foundation for growth, trust, and repair. This approach can be especially supportive for those navigating attachment wounds or relational trauma, offering space to build healthier ways of relating to self and others.

What We Address

We support individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, including:

Grief can touch every part of life, shifting how you think, feel, and relate to the world after loss. We offer a compassionate space to honor your experience, process what you’ve lost, and find steadiness and meaning as you move forward.

Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, communication breakdowns, or patterns rooted in attachment wounds, therapy can help foster healthier connections — with others and with yourself.

Persistent worry, stress, panic, or feeling emotionally stuck can impact daily life. Therapy offers space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and develop tools to navigate anxiety with greater ease and clarity.

Major life changes, past experiences, and unresolved trauma can shape how you move through the present. We work gently and intentionally to support integration, resilience, and meaningful growth.
